本期发表的几篇以人力资本为核心范畴的文章,特别是彭剑锋教授的力作《互联网时代的人力资源管理新思维》,已经站到了学术前沿。但是,我们还应该看到,要在实践中具体运用这些文章所阐发的新思维新理念,还需要对人力资本范畴的定性定量进行深入细致的调查研究。必须首先搞清楚我国各种人力资本载体的实际状态,各种意义上的人力资本存量是多少,准确评估我国人力资本发育和积累的实际水平。
Several papers published in this issue centered on human capital, especially Peng Jianfeng's masterpiece, “New Ideas in Human Resource Management in the Internet Age,” have reached the academic front. However, we should also see that in order to apply the new ideas and new concepts elaborated in these articles in practice, we must conduct a thorough and detailed investigation on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of human capital. We must first make clear the actual status of all kinds of human capital carriers in our country, and what is the stock of human capital in various senses, and accurately evaluate the actual level of human capital development and accumulation in our country.
