目的 :研究胞嘧啶脱氨酶 (CD) /氟胞嘧啶 (5 FC)体系对人乳腺癌的实验治疗作用。方法 :应用MTT法测定人乳腺癌细胞对 5 FC的敏感性。结果 :5 FC对导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞有明显的细胞毒作用 ,而对未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的毒性较低 ,5 FC对导入和未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的IC50 分别为 418μg/ml和 142 9μg/ml。 结论 :CD/5 FC体系对体外转基因的人乳腺癌细胞具有抗肿瘤作用
Objective: To study the experimental therapeutic effect of cytosine deaminase (CD) / flucytosine (5 FC) on human breast cancer. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the sensitivity of human breast cancer cells to 5 FC. Results FCS showed obvious cytotoxic effect on human breast cancer cells transfected with CD gene and lower toxicity on human breast cancer cells without CD gene. The IC50 were 418 μg / ml and 142 9 μg / ml, respectively. Conclusion: CD / 5 FC system has anti-tumor effect on transgenic human breast cancer cells in vitro
