蛋白质是稻米主要成分之一。六十年代以来,国内外在研究水稻高产的同时,对提高稻米蛋白质含量也极为重视。1975年中国农林科学院对我国生产上广泛应用和将要应用的267个粳籼稻品种,进行了蛋白质含量的测定工作,发现有23个蛋白质含量在10%以上,早造品种“湘矮早7号”最高,为12.96%;早晚型矮杆品种“广二矮5-3”最低,仅6.36%。我们自1975年始,对我国869个晚籼稻品种蛋白质含量作了定量测定,并探讨了水稻植株形态性状及其与蛋白质含量的关系,有助于水稻高蛋白质育种及栽培的研究。
Protein is one of the main components of rice. Since the 1960s, at home and abroad, while studying the high yield of rice, great attention has been paid to improving the protein content of rice. In 1975, Chinese Academy of Agriculture and Forestry carried out the determination of protein content for 267 japonica indica rice varieties widely used and to be applied in our country and found that 23 protein content was above 10% The highest was 12.96%; the shortest and short dwarf varieties “Guang Er short 5-3” the lowest, only 6.36%. Since 1975, we have carried out a quantitative determination of the protein content of 869 indica rice varieties in China and discussed the relationship between the morphological traits of rice plants and their protein content, which is helpful for the breeding and cultivation of high-protein rice.
