T形节点常用于描述螺栓抗弯连接节点的受拉区。目前,一般认为螺栓仅承受拉力。主要研究T形节点处螺栓抗弯性能的影响。首先,建立三维有限元模型,并将分析结果与已有文献中的试验结果进行对比验证。然后,使用该数值模型分析不同轴向拉力和螺栓弯矩下各类T形节点的性能。结果表明,螺栓弯矩对有些T形节点的失效模式产生了影响。给出用于计算弯矩和轴向拉力作用下单个螺栓承载力的交互作用公式,并采用有限元模型评估该公式的精确性。最后,为评估作为T形节点构件的螺栓的弯矩和轴向拉力,给出了分析模型。与数值分析结果的比较表明,该模型能够较好地给出考虑螺栓弯矩的T形节点的性能。
T-shaped joints are commonly used to describe the tension zone of a bolted joint. At present, the bolt is generally considered only bear the tension. The main research T-shaped joints at the bolt bending resistance. First of all, the three-dimensional finite element model is established, and the analysis results are compared with the test results in the existing literature. Then, the numerical model is used to analyze the performance of various T-joints under different axial tensile forces and bolt moments. The results show that the bolt bending moment has some effect on the failure mode of some T-joints. The interaction formula for calculating the bearing capacity of a single bolt under the action of bending moment and axial tension is given and the accuracy of the formula is evaluated by the finite element model. Finally, to evaluate the moment and axial tension of the bolt as a T-shaped node, an analytical model is given. The comparison with the numerical results shows that this model can give better performance of T-joints considering the bending moment of bolts.
