国外相关研究表明,组织创新气氛是影响组织创新绩效的重要组织因素。文章通过实证调查,对我国企业背景下,不同员工—组织关系模式的组织创新气氛差异进行了分析探索。
Relevant foreign studies show that the atmosphere of organizational innovation is an important organizational factor affecting organizational innovation performance. Through empirical investigation, the article analyzes and explores the differences in the atmosphere of organizational innovation between different employee-organization relationship models under the background of Chinese enterprises.
