以溶剂热法和溶胶-凝胶法分别制得溴化氧铋(BiOBr)和铁酸铋(BiFeO_3),并在110℃的水热条件下使2种材料结合得到BiOBr-BiFeO_3复合光催化剂。借助XRD、SEM、TEM等测试方法对催化剂的晶体结构、微观形貌、吸光性质等进行了表征,测试表明BiOBr纳米片的引入增强了BiFeO_3分散性。以罗丹明B(RhB)为目标污染物考察了催化剂的光催化性能,其中以BiOBr含量为35%(wt,质量分数)的BiOBr-BiFeO_3复合物表现出最佳的降解活性。
BiOBr and BiFeO_3 were prepared by solvothermal method and sol-gel method, respectively. The two materials were combined under hydrothermal conditions at 110 ℃ to obtain BiOBr-BiFeO_3 composite photocatalyst. The crystal structure, morphology and absorption properties of the catalyst were characterized by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The results showed that the BiFeO 3 dispersion was enhanced by the introduction of BiOBr nanosheets. The photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated using RhB as the target pollutant. The BiOBr-BiFeO_3 complex with BiOBr content of 35% (wt, mass fraction) showed the best degradation activity.
