采用化学水浴法(CBD)制备了Cu_3Sn纳米薄膜,通过原位热硫化法制备了Cu_3SnS_4纳米薄膜。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了样品的组成、结构与形貌。采用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)测试了Cu_3SnS_4样品的光学性质。结果表明,样品物相纯净、形貌均一,Cu3Sn纳米薄膜由球形纳米颗粒组成,Cu_3SnS_4纳米薄膜由片状纳米颗粒组成,Cu_3SnS_4薄膜样品在紫外-可见光区有良好的吸收性质,其光学带隙为1.70eV,适合作为太阳能电池吸收层。
Cu 3 Sn nanofilms were prepared by chemical bath method (CBD) and Cu 3 Sn 4 nanostructured films were prepared by in situ thermal vulcanization. The composition, structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The optical properties of Cu_3SnS_4 samples were tested by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis). The results show that the phase of the sample is pure and the morphology is homogeneous. The Cu3Sn nano-film consists of spherical nano-particles, the Cu3SnS4 nano-film consists of flaky nano-particles and the Cu3SnS4 thin film has good absorption properties in the UV- 1.70eV, suitable as a solar cell absorber layer.
