目的:了解颅脑术后继发性癫癎的脑电图改变特点及其与手术的关系。方法:对因颅脑手术后癫癎发作的54例病人的脑电图及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:常规脑电图正常范围6例,异常48例(其中局限性异常44例,广泛性异常4例),异常率89%。局限性异常中,一侧性慢波异常13例,区域性慢波异常29例,区域性慢波基础上癎样放电2例。广泛性异常中,轻度异常2例,中度异常l 例,重度异常1例。结论:颅脑术后继发性癫癎的脑电图局限性异常占总异常的92%,而局限性癎样放电仅占4%。局限性慢波与癎样放电的出现与术前病灶、手术部位、术后继发性病灶的部位有关。“,”Objectives: To study the relationship between EEG features ofsecondary epilepsy after craniocerebral operation. Methods: rhe EEGs and clinical deta were analyzed retrospectively in 54 patients with seiawes after craniocerebral operation.Results: EEGs are normal in six patients and abnomal in 48 ones (with an abnomality rate of 89%), in which 44 showed local abnormality and four showed widespread abnomality. In local abnormal EEGs,abnormality showing unilateral slow wave are noted in 13 patients and regional slow wave in 31 ones (three of which showed regional epileptiform discharges ). In widespread alnormal EEGs, mild abnomality ware noted in two patieras,moderate and severe alnormality in only one patient respectively. Conclusions: The local abnormality rate of EEGs in patients with secondary epiliepsy after craniocerebral operation is 92% in the total abnormality , in which the rate of local epileptiform discharges is 4%.The local slow aves are related to the preoperative focus, the operation site and the secondary focus after operation.
