据统计,我国中小型企业数量占全部企业总数比达到82%以上,为大量的劳动力提供了就业平台。中小企业已成为各省市科技创新、经济增长以及社会发展的主要力量。同时,中小企业也成为各省市吸引内资企业的重要载体。作为一个庞大、发展迅速且得到政府大力支持的企业群体,研究中小企业改革的过程中的员工思想是否和谐具有重要的研究意义。
According to statistics, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China accounted for more than 82% of the total number of enterprises, providing employment platforms for a large number of laborers. SMEs have become the main force for technological innovation, economic growth, and social development in all provinces and cities. At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises have also become important carriers for provinces and cities to attract domestic-funded enterprises. As a large, fast-developing enterprise group supported by the government, it is of great significance to study whether employees’ ideology is harmonious in the process of SME reform.
