党的十一届三中全会后,遵照四川省委指示,我区广汉、新都、邛崃三县在省委工作组帮助指导下,先后展开了经济体制改革试点。三年多来,三县对现行经济体制、机构中不适应生产力发展的部分,进行了必要的改革,取得了可喜的成果。在改革过程中,日常的政治、经济、科学、文化活动以及改革工作本身要形成大量的文件材料,这些文件材料和原有的档案都需要一定的机构、人员整理和保管。随着体制改革中机构的较大变动,对这些文件材料和原有档案的管理,带来了一些亟待解决的问题。在工作中,我对县级体制改革中档案工作面临 Following the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, in accordance with the instructions of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, the three counties of Guanghan, Xindu and Qionglai in our district, with the help and guidance of the provincial party committee, have successively started the pilot reform of the economic system.
