为了减小热风炉阀在运行时噪音对周围居民的影响,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某热风炉阀结构及周围声场进行分析.在流体运动管道声场、小孔喷注消音等相关理论基础上,建立了结构、流体、声场有限元模型.通过建模、划分网格、加载、求解以及后处理等步骤,对该阀体及附近区域流体进行声振耦合计算分析.结果表明:带孔板结构在孔径为4mm时,厚度为20mm时,该阀体的结构形式的消音效果比到较理想,能为热风炉阀减噪设计提供一定的参考依据.
In order to reduce the influence of noise on the surrounding residents during operation, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the structure of a hot blast stove valve and the surrounding sound field.On the basis of related theories of the acoustic field of the fluid moving pipe and the silence of orifice injection, , The finite element model of structure, fluid and sound field was established.According to the modeling, meshing, loading, solving and post-processing steps, the fluid and the fluid in the vicinity of the valve were calculated and analyzed.The results showed that: When the structure is 4mm in diameter and 20mm in thickness, the silencer effect of the valve body structure is better than that of the structure, which can provide certain reference for noise reduction design of hot blast stove valve.
