目的:观察荞精补肾胶囊(QJBS)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的影响。方法:用30 mg·kg-1链脲佐菌素(STZ)和高脂饲料法诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将SD大鼠随机分为模型对照组、消渴丸组、荞精补肾胶囊高低剂量组,ig给药,每天1次,连续8周,观察各组大鼠24 h尿微量蛋白排泄率,血、尿肌酐和内生肌酐清除率的情况。结果:与模型组比较,各药物治疗组均能明显降低24 h尿微量蛋白排泄率和血肌酐含量(P<0.01),而增加尿肌酐排泄量和尿肌酐清除率(P<0.01)。QJBS高剂量组肾小球形态接近正常,肾小管无明显病变,间质炎症亦不明显;QJBS低剂量组间质炎症不明显,但仍有肾小球萎缩病变,肾小管接近正常。结论:QJBS对STZ所致糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害具有一定抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of QJBS on renal damage in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by 30 mg · kg-1 streptozotocin (STZ) and high-fat diet. The SD rats were randomly divided into model control group, Xiaoke Pill group and buckwheat Jing Bushen Capsule high and low dose groups, once a day for 8 weeks. The excretion rate of urine microalbumin, blood excretion , Urinary creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the situation. Results: Compared with the model group, the urinary creatinine excretion and urinary creatinine clearance rate (P <0.01) of 24 h urinary protein excretion rate and serum creatinine were significantly decreased in each drug treatment group (P <0.01). QJBS high-dose group glomerular morphology is close to normal, no obvious tubular lesion, interstitial inflammation is not obvious; QJBS low-dose interstitial inflammation is not obvious, but there are still glomerular atrophy and proximal tubule. Conclusion: QJBS can inhibit the renal damage of STZ-induced diabetic rats.
