一年之计在于春。2014年春天,两会如约在北京举行。近3000名全国人大代表、2000多名全国政协委员齐聚首都,建言献策,共商国是。李克强作的政府工作报告指出:文化是民族的血脉。我国是历史悠久的文明古国,也一定能建成现代文化强国。《国家人文历史》记者采访了部分代表委员,他们对提升文化产业发展水平、传承和弘扬优秀传统文化、提升国家文化软实力等表达了各自的看法和建议。
