目的对红车轴草(Trifolium pratenseL.)全草乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层、Sephadex LH-20、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构研究。结果分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为山槐素(maackiain,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、pinitol(3)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,4)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,5)、芒柄花素(formononetin,6)、山槐素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(tri-folirhizin,7)、鹰嘴豆芽素A-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(sissotrin,8)、大豆苷(daidzin,9)、染料木苷(genistin,10)、德鸢尾素(irilone,11)、鹰嘴豆芽素A(biochanin A,12)、染料木素(genistein,13)、红车轴草素(pratensein,14)、大豆素(daidzein,15)、芒柄花苷(ononin,16)。结论化合物3、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of Trifolium pratense L.. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and open ODS column chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were studied by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results 16 compounds were isolated and identified as maackiain (1), quercetin (2), pinitol (3), salicylic acid (4), and calycosin-7-O- β-D-glucoside (calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, 5), formononetin (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (tri-folirhizin) , 7), Chick bean sprouts A-7-O-β-D-glucoside (sissotrin, 8), daidzin (9), genistin (10), irilone (11) ), Biochanin A (12), Genistein (13), Pratrise (14), Daidzein (15), Ononin (16) . Conclusion Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
