目的探讨甲醛暴露人群对机体内源性小分子代谢产物的影响。方法借助超高效液相色谱与串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)检测技术,对甲醛暴露组与对照组的尿液样品进行检测,建立尿液代谢轮廓图,并进一步借助非监督模式的主成分分析(PCA),从体内微观角度证明了甲醛对机体整体代谢网络的干扰。结果建立了甲醛职业接触者尿中内源性代谢产物的UPLC-Q-TOF/MS测定方法,确定甲醛职业接触与未接触者尿液代谢轮廓图的差异;明确了表征甲醛对机体损伤的内源性生物标志物。结论从生物体内整体代谢方面说明了甲醛对职业接触者的毒性危害。
Objective To investigate the effect of formaldehyde exposure on endogenous small molecule metabolites in the body. Methods Urine samples of formaldehyde exposed group and control group were detected by UPLC-Q-TOF / MS, and the urine metabolic profile was established. With the unsupervised principal component analysis (PCA), the interference of formaldehyde on the overall metabolic network of the body was demonstrated from the microscopic point of view in vivo. Results UPLC-Q-TOF / MS method was established for urinary endogenous metabolites of formaldehyde occupational exposure to determine the difference of urinary metabolic profiles of formaldehyde exposed and non-exposed workers; Source biomarker. Conclusion The toxic effects of formaldehyde on occupational exposures are illustrated in terms of overall metabolism in the organism.
