影响高职旅游专业校企合作因素分为外部因素和内部因素。外部因素包括政府宏观的政策环境、旅游业环境以及旅游人才资源环境等方面。内部因素包括高职院校参与的能力、旅游企业参与的意识以及学生的职业能力等方面。上述各影响因素之间是互相联系,互相制约的,要想使校企合作顺利、有效、深入、自发地的开展、必须系统研究各因素的关系,使其有利于校企合作朝着良性的方向发展。
The factors affecting the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational tourism are divided into external factors and internal factors. External factors include the government macro-policy environment, tourism environment and tourism resources environment and other aspects. The internal factors include the ability of vocational colleges to participate, the awareness of tourism enterprises to participate and students’ professional ability and so on.
