目的观察社会支持状态对胃癌化疗患者OLQ-STO22问卷评分影响。方法 71例胃癌接受常规化疗患者治疗结束后分别接受了肖永源编制的“社会支持评定量表”和针对胃癌特点设计的胃癌患者生活质量调查问卷(OLQ-STO22)评估。结果入选患者社会支持平均得分为(37.26±8.15)分。OLQ-STO22问卷各项指标比较中,社会支持状态佳组(≥37.26分,33例)的吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、、口干、味觉、饮食受限、身体外观、焦虑和掉头发等分量表得分及OLQ-STO22总分均明显低于社会支持状态差组(<37.26分,38例)(P均<0.01~0.05)。结论社会支持状态可明显影响到胃癌化疗患者的生活质量评分。
Objective To observe the influence of social support status on OLQ-STO22 questionnaire score of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 71 gastric cancer patients undergoing conventional chemotherapy were enrolled in the “Social Support Rating Scale” by Xiao Yongyuan and the OLQ-STO22 questionnaire designed for gastric cancer. Results The average score of social support for selected patients was (37.26 ± 8.15) points. In the OLQ-STO22 questionnaire, dysphagia, stomach pain, hiccups, dry mouth, taste, diet restriction, body appearance, anxiety and hair loss in the social support group (≥37.26 points, 33 cases) The scores of the subscales and OLQ-STO22 were significantly lower than those of the poor social support group (<37.26 points, 38 cases) (all P <0.01-0.05). Conclusion Social support status can significantly affect the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.
