为研究地膜再利用对向日葵田土壤蔗糖酶活性的影响,进行了旧膜、新膜及露地栽培向日葵对比试验。结果表明,地膜再利用可提高土壤蔗糖酶的活性。在0~40cm土层,旧膜覆盖的土壤蔗糖酶活性较露地显著增加3.8%,较新膜覆盖的土壤增加3.0%。土壤蔗糖酶活性随向日葵生育期变化而不同,呈下降-上升-下降的变化趋势。新旧地膜覆盖均可以维持耕作层(0~20cm)蔗糖酶活性的稳定性,而下层呈快速下降的趋势,但总体含量均高于露地。可见,地膜覆盖尤其是地膜再利用覆盖由于改善了农田生态微环境,从而提高了土壤微生物活动和酶活性。
In order to study the effect of plastic film reuse on the soil invertase activity in sunflower field, the contrast experiment of old film, new film and open field cultivation of sunflower was conducted. The results showed that the plastic film reuse can improve the activity of soil sucrase. In 0 ~ 40cm soil layer, the activity of soil invertase covered by the old film increased significantly by 3.8% compared with the open field and increased by 3.0% compared with the soil covered by the new membrane. The activity of soil invertase varied with the growth period of sunflower, which showed the trend of decline-increase-decrease. Both old and new plastic film mulch could maintain the stability of invertase activity in the tillage layer (0 ~ 20cm), while the lower layer showed a rapid decline trend, but the overall content was higher than the open field. It can be seen that the mulching, especially the mulching of mulching film, improves soil microbial activity and enzyme activity due to improved ecological environment of farmland.
