中国法学会行政法学研究会’98年会,7月26日至8月1日在山西太原召开。来自全国各地部分院校、社科院、党政机关、政法机关的专家学者和各省、市法学会、期刊社的代表120余人参加了会议。我省应邀参加会议的有苏大法学院院长杨海坤、省社科院研究员程干远、省法制局李乾贵和本刊副主编南建中等。全国政协副主席、中国行政法学研究会会长罗豪才和中国法学会顾问张尚及山西省的有关领导出席了会议。国家行政学院应松年主持了会议。代表们就机构改革与法制建设和行政执法的基本理论与实务进行了深入广泛地交流,研讨气氛十分热烈。
Chinese Law Society Administrative Law Research ’98 annual meeting, July 26 to August 1 held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. More than 120 experts and scholars from some colleges, academies of social sciences, party and government organs, political and legal organs and representatives from various provinces, cities, law societies and periodicals attended the conference. Yang Haikun, Dean of the Sudan Law School, and Cheng Qianyuan, a researcher of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, were invited to attend the conference. Li Qiangui, the provincial legal department and Nan Jianzhong, deputy editor of the journal, attended the conference. Luo Haocai, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and chairman of the China Administration Law Research Association, Zhang Shang, consultant of the Chinese Law Society, and relevant leaders of Shanxi Province attended the meeting. National Administration Institute should Song years presided over the meeting. The deputies spoke in depth and extensively on the basic theories and practices of institutional reform, legal construction and administrative law enforcement, and the seminar was very warm.
