按照中编办关于国家安全监管局“三定”方案,国家局要单独成立危险化学品安全监督管理司,负责综合监督管理危险化学品、化工(含石油化工)、医药以及烟花爆竹行业的安全生产工作。目前,国家局危险化学品安全监督管理司已经正式组建。为配合危化品安全监管司的工作,从今年开始,本刊特辟“危化品监管”栏目,内容包括:危化品、烟花爆竹安全监管政策的解析、传达;危化品、烟花爆竹、民用爆炸器材等领域安全知识的普及;各地危化品、烟花爆竹安全整治的经验介绍;危化品、烟花爆竹安全整治中存在的普遍性问题;各地对危化品、烟花爆竹监管的建设性意见。作为开篇,本刊特邀危化品监管司张广华司长就我国危化品、烟花爆竹的安全监管工作思路及当前和今后一个时期的工作任务作一介绍。
