内养生是控制路面水泥混凝土收缩的一项重要新技术,通过研究内养生材料掺量和额外加入水量对混凝土干缩的影响,指出吸水树脂可以明显地降低混凝土后期干缩率。固定额外加入水量时,0.2%树脂掺量的内养生路面水泥混凝土干缩率降低最大为78.8%;而固定树脂掺量时,10倍树脂掺量外部加入水量的路面水泥混凝土在整个水化期间的干缩率降低效果优异。在路面混凝土中使用吸水树脂进行内养生,建议掺量为0.2%,额外加入水量为10倍树脂掺量。
