虽然人们采取了不少措施以缩小运行中汽轮机上下缸的温差,并收到了积极效果,但由于向上的蒸汽热流的作用,汽缸产生向上拱起的热变形仍使转子下部和汽缸间径向间隙减小的情况无法完全避免,但又必须掌握在一定的限度之内。对此,各种版本的专业书籍所论并不十分统一。笔者根据工作经验,赞同并认为小型汽轮机上下缸温差每变化1℃、径向间隙相应变化约0.01mm,大型汽轮机上下缸温差每变化
