本文报道了中药五味子中新的降转氨酶活性物质五味子丙素,即:5,6,7,8四氢-1,12-双甲氧基-2,3,10,11-双次甲二氧基-6,7-顺式二甲基联苯[a,c]环辛四烯(12-B)及其6,7-反式二甲基异构体(16-B)的全合成。同时合成了它们的同分异构体——5,6,7,8-四氢-3,10-双甲氧基-1,2,11,12,-双次甲二氧基-6,7-顺式二甲基联苯[a,c]环辛四烯(12-A)和6,7-反式二甲基异构体(16-A)。讨论了四个异构体的质谱,核磁共振谱及紫外光谱。合成化合物12-B的红外光谱(氯仿溶液)、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱与天然五味子丙素相同。
In this paper, the new Chinese Schisandra activity of the new aminotransferase Schisandrin C, namely: 5,6,7,8 tetrahydro-1,12-bis-methoxy-2,3,10,11- Total synthesis of 6,7-cis-dimethylbiphenyl [a, c] cyclooctatetraene (12-B) and its 6,7-trans dimethyl isomer (16-B). Their isomers, 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-3,10-bismethoxy-1,2,11,12, -dimethoxy-6, 7-cis-dimethylbiphenyl [a, c] cyclooctatetraene (12-A) and 6,7-trans-dimethyl isomer (16-A). The four isomers are discussed by mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The infrared spectrum (chloroform solution), ultraviolet spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum of the synthetic compound 12-B are the same as those of the natural schisandrins.
