目的探讨肢体语言在儿科护理工作中的应用效果。方法 150例儿科患儿,按照入院顺序分为干预组和对照组,各75例。对照组入院后行常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上增加肢体语言护理干预。对比两组的护理质量、患儿对医疗护理的接受程度及家属对护理工作的满意情况。结果干预组患儿接受行为评分、护理质量评分、患儿对医疗行为的接受程度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患儿及家属对护理工作的满意度为96.0%,对照组为74.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肢体语言能够提高患儿的医嘱依从性,帮助患儿更好的接受医疗服务,并提高患儿家属对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of body language in pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 150 pediatric children were divided into intervention group and control group according to admission sequence, each with 75 cases. Control group after admission routine care, intervention group in the control group based on the increase of body language nursing intervention. The quality of care was compared between two groups, the acceptability of medical care in children and the satisfaction of family members to nursing work. Results The scores of accepting behavior and quality of nursing in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing intervention in children and their families in intervention group 96.0% in the control group and 74.7% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Body language can improve the doctor’s compliance in children, help children to receive better medical services, and improve the satisfaction of the family members to the quality of nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
