2月27日,中共中央、国务院隆重召开国家科学技术奖励大会,表彰2006年度对中国科学技术事业做出重要贡献的科技工作者,一批军工项目获得了重要奖项,其中,中国航空工业第一集团公司“歼-10飞机工程”项目获国家科学技术进步特等奖,哈尔滨工业大学“超精密特种形状测量技术与装置”项目获得国家技术发明奖一等奖。歼-10飞机研制是我国航空工业史上规模最大、技术难度最高、协作面最广的复杂系统工程,数十万人参与了整个工程的研制工作,涌现出了歼-10飞机行政总指挥刘高倬、总设计师宋文骢、总工程师薛炽寿、试飞总师周自全、成飞公司董事长罗荣怀、成都飞机设计研究所所长杨伟等一批领军人物,绘就了一幅壮丽的“群英图”,本刊只能选取其中几位呈献给读者。哈尔滨工业大学超精密光电仪器工程研究所创新团队,以“超精密特种形状测量技术与装置”这一成果,获得代表我国发明创造最高水平的奖项——国家技术发明奖一等奖。本期同时将这个创新团队的风采展现给读者。
