信用卡是一种特殊商品。信用卡市场是一个由客户(持卡人)与 特约商户(商家)共同组成的市场;信用卡市场是一个以提 供无形服务为主的市场,持卡人对信用卡的需求主要体现在他对特约客户和银行为其提供有关服务的需求上;信用卡市场受国家有关财政、金融政策的影响较大,信用卡的发行与凭卡消费不仅受到中国人民银行的金融监管,而且还受到有关财务制度的严格限制。因此,信用卡市场的营销策略必须从这些特点出发,相应制定与完善,该文对此做了一定的探讨。
