使用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量了对苯二甲酸乙二酯-癸二酸乙二酯(DMT/DMS-EG)共聚体系的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、熔融温度(T_m)和结晶动力学参数。结果表明,随第三组份DMS的加入,T_g和T_m都明显下降。在高温结晶时的结晶速率随DMS含量的增加而减小,低温结晶时的结晶速率随之而增大。并且分析和讨论了共聚酯的组成对平衡熔融,结晶热及结晶速率的影响。
The glass transition temperature (T_g), the melting temperature (T_m) and the melting temperature (T_m) of the copolyester of ethylene terephthalate and sebacic acid ethylene glycol (DMT / DMS-EG) were measured by differential scanning calorimetry Crystallization kinetic parameters. The results showed that T_g and T_m significantly decreased with the addition of DMS as the third component. The crystallization rate at high temperature decreases with the increase of DMS content, and the crystallization rate increases at low temperature. The influence of the composition of the copolyester on the equilibrium melting, heat of crystallization and crystallization rate was analyzed and discussed.
