先天性气管狭窄(CTS)是一种罕见的,会威胁到患儿生命的先天性阻塞性气道病变。因其常常合并心血管畸形且临床表现具有多样性,对临床医生的诊疗造成了巨大的挑战。至今已有多种经典临床手段和新兴技术被用于评估、诊断及治疗先天性气管狭窄,如:计算机流体力学、组织工程气管及3D打印技术。本文将对目前CTS分型、诊断和治疗进展做一个回顾,旨在为该病的诊疗提供理论基础。
Congenital tracheal stenosis (CTS) is a rare congenital obstructive airway disease that threatens the lives of children. Because of its often combined cardiovascular malformations and the diversity of clinical manifestations, clinicians pose a tremendous challenge. So far, a variety of classical clinical approaches and emerging technologies have been used to evaluate, diagnose and treat congenital tracheal stenosis, such as computerized fluid mechanics, tissue engineering trachea and 3D printing technology. This article will review the current CTS typing, diagnosis and treatment of a review to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
