我院成立于1973年,由于当时的条件有限,领导的重视程度不够,科研工作几乎是个空白。我院的任务是“防、治、研、疗”四字方针,自1983年以来,院领导把科研工作提到院工作的重要位置,明确提出:“科研为一线生产服务,为一线工人的健康服务”,并根据院里的现实情况,提出科研工作分三步进行:“三年打基础,三年创条件,三年出成果。”本着院里的基本方针,我们狠抓科研管理工作,以科研带建设,以课题带出了一支科研队伍。10年来共完成课题50项。1 12年来科研工作的情况1.1 工业卫生研究所人员组成 全所共28人,其中硕士学历1人(3.5％),大学9人(32％),大专5人(17.8％),中专12人(42.9％)。全所中级职称12
