档案规范记录对于档案情报价值尤其是凭证价值的确保都具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了国际档案规范记录理论研究成果,并就国际档案规范记录标准化应用———著录规则ISAAR(CPF)及其编码标准EAC-CPF最新进展进行了研究,旨在为我国档案规范记录标准化提出了建议:遵循国际标准,为我国档案规范记录构建标准体系;成立中国档案著录标准委员会及档案规范记录标准专委会,推进专业人才的教育与培训及档案规范记录标准化的研究;由专业人员负责档案规范记录并参考专业工具书,建立我国档案名称规范记录数据库。
Archival record keeping is of great significance to the value of file information, especially the voucher value. This paper analyzes the research achievements of the international record-keeping theory and makes a research on the latest progress of the international record-keeping standard ISAAR (CPF) and its coding standard EAC-CPF.
