保护森林就是保护生态,就是保护人与自然和谐相处的环境,就是保护人类赖以生存的唯一的地球,就是保护我们的子孙后代,就必须提高依法管理、依法行政的水平。实践中,森林公安执法保护中执法理念落后、执法方式的单一和执法机制的缺陷为森林资源生态安全所带来的不仅是看得见的森林面积的减少、林地的萎缩和水土流失,更多的是未来森林资源的枯竭、人类生态环境的恶化,因此保护森林资源势在必行、刻不容缓。而加强对森林资源的执法保护是实现鄱阳湖经济区森林资源生态安全的最佳途径。
