目的研究氯己定温度敏感水凝胶的体外释放及其对牙周致病菌的抑制作用,以评价其用于牙周病治疗的可能性。方法以人工唾液为释放介质,观察氯已定在壳聚糖水凝胶中的释放度;以牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、伴放线放线杆菌3种牙周常见致病菌为实验菌株,测定氯己定温度敏感水凝胶对不同菌株的抑菌环直径。结果体外释放表明氯己定在人工唾液(pH6.8)中的持续释放达18h,壳聚糖温敏水凝胶有效地延缓了氯己定的释放;氯己定温度敏感水凝胶对抑菌细菌的抑菌直径范围为12~14mm,具有较强的抑制牙周常见致病菌的作用。结论氯己定壳聚糖温敏水凝胶可作为牙周袋内缓释制剂用于牙周病的治疗。
Objective To study the in vitro release of chlorhexidine temperature sensitive hydrogel and its inhibitory effect on periodontal pathogens to evaluate the possibility of its application in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods The artificial saliva was used as the release medium to observe the release of chlorhexidine in the chitosan hydrogel. Results In vitro release of chlorhexidine showed that sustained release of chlorhexidine in artificial saliva (pH6.8) for 18h, chitosan thermo-sensitive hydrogel effectively delayed the release of chlorhexidine; chlorhexidine temperature-sensitive hydrogel on antibacterial bacteria The antibacterial diameter range of 12 ~ 14mm, with strong inhibition of periodontal common pathogenic bacteria role. CONCLUSION Chlorhexidine chitosan thermosensitive hydrogels can be used as periodontal pockets for the treatment of periodontal disease.
