新一轮高中课程改革是触及到基础教育核心问题的改革,其最重要的一个环节就是课堂教学改革。尽管在改革实施之前,教师们从思想观念、组织领导、制度保障和师资培训以及硬件设施上都作了较为充分的准备,但在具体的实施过程中,教师们仍然遇到了一些始料未及的问题,特别是课堂教学远未脱离传统的教学模式,和新课程改革的要求与目标相去甚远,这严重困扰着新课程改革的有效推进。笔者将教师在教学过程中遇到的一些问题和一些不成熟的思考提出来,以期抛砖引玉。
