用中子活化法研究了取自1908年通古斯卡爆炸现场一个钻孔泥炭样品中的铱和其它有关元素的丰度变化,发现在1908年爆炸层及其上覆层位处的铱有明显的异常,最大铱丰度约为背景值的5倍以上。根据铱与镍、钴等元素的相关性,以及氢和碳同位素资料,可认为这一爆炸事件也许是由彗星进入地球轨道而引起的。
The abundance changes of iridium and other related elements from a borehole peat sample taken from the Tunguska explosion site in 1908 were studied by the neutron activation method. It was found that the iridium at the explosive layer and its overburden in 1908 had significant Abnormal, the maximum iridium abundance is about 5 times the background value.
