[目的]制备330 g/L二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂,筛选出合适的溶剂、乳化剂及其他助剂,探讨高剪切转速、固化温度等因素对成囊的影响,并对其性能进行表征。[方法]以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和己二胺(HDA)为聚合单体,采用界面聚合的反应工艺对二甲戊灵包囊,并添加分散剂、增稠稳定剂和防冻剂等助剂,最终制得二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂。[结果]确定最佳条件:选用溶剂油200#为溶剂,Span-80、Tween-80复配乳化剂,8 500 r/min进行高剪切乳化,在70℃保温固化2 h,最后加入NNO、黄原胶、白炭黑及乙二醇,得到稳定的二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂。[结论]该制剂性能指标检测合格,包覆率高,且微胶囊形态好,化学结构稳定,界面聚合工艺操作简便,条件温和,速度快,适合工业化生产。

[Result] The optimal conditions were as follows: 200 # solvent oil, Span-80 and Tween-80 emulsifier were emulsified with high shear rate at 8 500 r / min and incubated at 70 ℃ for 2 h. Finally, NNO , Xanthan gum, white carbon black and ethylene glycol to obtain a stable pendimethalin microcapsule suspension. [Conclusion] The performance index of the preparation was qualified, the coating rate was high, the morphology of the microcapsules was good, the chemical structure was stable, the interfacial polymerization process was simple and convenient, the conditions were mild and the speed was fast, which was suitable for industrialized production.
