用ＬＤＨ释放法测定了３２例尖锐湿疣及４１例正常对照者的ＮＫ细胞活性。发现患者组显著低于对照组，其中短病程组ＮＫ细胞活性下降不明显，长病程组下降非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。文中讨论了导致ＮＫ细胞活性下降的原因。
The NK cell activity of 32 cases of condylomata acuminatum and 41 normal controls were determined by LDH release assay. It was found that the patient group was significantly lower than the control group. The NK cell activity in the short course group was not significantly decreased, but the long course group was significantly decreased (P <0.01). The paper discusses the reasons leading to the decline of NK cell activity.
