目的查明导致该起食物中毒的原因,为预防和控制此类公共卫生事件的发生提供有效对策。方法对病例进行个案调查,采取剩余食品和病人的排泄物进行实验室相关检测。结果该起食物中毒事件涉及全园23个班级,共同进餐的753名学生中72人出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、发热等症状,罹患率为9.56%,其中男34人,女38人,年龄2~6岁,爆发始于5月11日,发病高峰在5月12日。72名发病学生经当地医院治疗全部康复,无死亡病例。实验室检测结果证明,导致该起食物中毒的原因是肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物所致。结论这起食物中毒局部爆发是由肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物造成的,应规范和落实学校食堂的餐饮卫生监管,提高餐饮工作人员的卫生素质,切实作好学生的饮食卫生工作,保障学生的身体健康。
Objective To identify the causes of the food poisoning and to provide an effective countermeasure for the prevention and control of such public health incidents. Methods A case investigation was carried out on the cases and laboratory tests were conducted on the remaining food and patient’s excrement. Results The food poisoning incident involved 23 classes in the whole park. Among the 753 students who drank, 72 were nauseous, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and fever. The attack rate was 9.56%, including 34 males and 38 females, Age 2 to 6 years old, the outbreak began on May 11, the peak incidence on May 12. 72 students were treated by the local hospital for full rehabilitation, no deaths. Laboratory test results show that the cause of the food poisoning caused by the infection of Salmonella enteritidis due to food. Conclusion This local outbreak of food poisoning is caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella enteritidis. The health supervision of catering in schools canteens should be regulated and improved to improve the hygiene quality of catering workers. The health work of students should be properly done to ensure the health of students.
