过去,我矿井下采用的圆锥一字形光电喷雾水开关,在水压大的场合下使用,不能保证密封,造成严重的跑冒现象,增大耗水量,动作不灵,给防尘工作带来了一定的困难。为了解决这个问题,我矿研制了一种能承受50×10~6帕压力、适用于自动喷雾装置的高压水开关。使用这种开关配合光电喷雾,可以实现井下自动喷雾降尘。经过现场使用,证明效果较好,既能自动启闭,又无跑冒现象,且动作灵敏。其结构及工作原理如附图所示。当切断电源时,电磁铁释放,高压水即由进水口进入阀体,将阀门顶开,阀杆向上移动,高压水由进水口经阀门、出水口到喷咀,进行喷雾;如果巷道里来人或车辆将光源遮挡,电磁铁随即接通电源而吸合,向下压紧阀杆,阀门紧闭,喷雾停止。此后,由时间继电器限在30~45秒钟后断电,电磁铁无电释放,恢复喷雾。

The high-pressure water is sprayed from the water inlet through the valve and the water outlet to the nozzle. People or vehicles will block the light source, the electromagnet then pull the power and pull the valve stem pressed down, the valve closed, the spray stopped. Since then, by the time relay limit in 30 to 45 seconds after the power outage, the electromagnet power-free release, restore the spray.
