针对两柱掩护式液压支架平衡机构的工作原理,提出在实验室模拟井下实际工作状况,开展平衡机构在外加载条件下的动态试验方法,验证平衡机构的结构强度和设计寿命。
Aimed at the working principle of the two-column shield type hydraulic support balance mechanism, this paper proposed to simulate the actual working conditions in the laboratory and carry out the dynamic test method under the external load condition of the balance mechanism to verify the structural strength and design life of the balance mechanism.
