在教学中如何把集体教学同对个别(或部分)学生进行因材施教相结合,是许多教师在教学中长期探索的一个问题。近年来,我在高中数学教学中坚持尝试“分类推进”的方法,在大面积提高教学质量方面取得了一些明显的效果。
How to combine collective teaching with individual (or part of) students according to their aptitude in teaching is a problem that many teachers explore in teaching for a long time. In recent years, I have persisted in trying out “classified promotion” methods in high school mathematics teaching, and have made some obvious effects in improving teaching quality on a large scale.
