患者女,25岁,已婚,农民.头晕、乏力、畏寒、记忆力减退、纳减7年,2年前分娩后上述症状加重,并逐渐出现颜面、下肢浮肿,于1992年9月3日入院.起病以来无头痛,月经量较病前增多,性欲正常,大便每3～4天1次,无口服避孕药物史.体检:体温36℃,血压14/8.5kPa.发育正常,表情呆板,反应迟钝,发音低沉,面色苍黄、颜面、眼睑轻度浮肿,眼裂小.睁眼困难,眉毛,腋毛稀少、舌肥大,皮肤干燥、粗糙、多屑,甲状腺无增大,心界无扩大,心率62次/分,律齐,两肺听诊正常,
