长江经济带的发展离不开基础设施的建设,特别是在以长江经济带为主轴的前提下,加快长江流域黄金水道港口建设,至关重要。为此,湖北省出台了主要港口的规划,在全面建设和改、扩建港口基础设施的同时,大力调整优化港口技术结构、功能结构、专业结构、规模结构及港口布局结构。加快信息技术、网络技术和电子商务在港口建设和经营管理中的应用,进一步建立和完善港口管理信息系统,提高港口管理水平,实现港口管理现代化。
The development of the Yangtze River economic belt can not be separated from the infrastructure construction. Especially under the premise of taking the Yangtze River economic belt as the main axis, it is of vital importance to speed up the construction of the golden waterway in the Yangtze River Basin. To this end, Hubei Province has promulgated plans for major ports. While comprehensively constructing, revising and expanding the port infrastructure, Hubei Province has energetically readjusted and optimized its technical, functional, professional, scale and port layout. Accelerate the application of information technology, network technology and e-commerce in the port construction and operation and management, further establish and improve the port management information system, improve port management and modernize port management.
