选择不同抗旱类型大豆品种,试验室条件下对成苗期品种抗旱性与根毛活动特性间的关系进行研究。结果表明,同一土壤含水量条件下,抗旱性愈强的品种根毛愈长。土壤水分胁迫时,各品种根毛长度均增加,但是抗旱性强的类型增加幅度大,是弱抗类型的3~4倍。适宜的土壤含水量条件下,中抗类型单位根长根毛密度较大。胁迫时,各类型根毛密度均增加,强抗和弱抗类型增加幅度较大。根毛密度与抗旱性之间无明显的规律性。单位根长根毛总长度上与根毛长度有相似的表现和变化。品种间根毛长度和密度差异显著。根毛长度可作为成苗期抗旱性鉴定指标。
Select different types of drought-resistant soybean varieties, laboratory conditions of seedling stage drought resistance and root hair activity characteristics of the relationship between. The results showed that under the same soil moisture content, the longer the root hairs of the varieties with stronger drought resistance. Under soil water stress, the length of root hairs of all cultivars increased, but the type of drought resistance increased greatly, which was 3 ~ 4 times of the weak ones. Under suitable soil moisture content, root length of medium anti-type unit root hair density is larger. Under stress, the root hair density of all kinds increased, while that of strong resistance and weak resistance increased more. Root hair density and drought resistance between no obvious regularity. Root root length of hair root unit length and length of hair have similar performance and changes. The difference of length and density of root hair between varieties was significant. Root hair length can be used as a marker of seedling drought resistance.
