目前有关教材和手册中介绍的气体绝热管路流量计算公式,依赖于等熵绝热过程方程式ρ/ρ~k=常数,这在概念上是不正确的,不符合能量守恒原理,流量等参数的计算结果与真实值的偏离也较大。本文以真实的不可逆绝热过程为前提,推导了流量计算的精确理论公式,并作了一定的数学处理,使迭代计算很快收敛,便于实际应用。
At present, the formula for calculating the flow rate of gas insulated pipe described in the textbook and manual relies on the isentropic adiabatic process equation ρ / ρ ~ k = constant, which is conceptually incorrect and does not conform to the principle of energy conservation, flow rate and other parameters The deviation of the calculated result from the real value is also larger. In this paper, the real irreversible adiabatic process is taken as the precondition, the precise theoretical formula of the flow calculation is deduced, and some mathematical processing is made to make the iterative calculation converge quickly, which is convenient for practical application.
