国内外水生生物资源的增殖放流活动日益增多,而标志放流技术是评估放流效果的最有效方法。甲壳类需要多次脱壳才能生长这一特殊生活史决定了必需开发甲壳类特有的标志技术和方法,本文对国内外在甲壳类标志方法上的研究进展进行了追踪,介绍了基于生物学特征的标志法、挂牌法、体内镶嵌标记和生物机体损伤标记等方法,尤其是对新发展而来的分子标志技术的应用进行了探讨,以期促进甲壳类标志放流技术的发展,为提高放流管理水平提供指导帮助。
