食管癌术后食管胃吻合口狭窄，严重影响患者的后续治疗和生存质量。我院1979年1月～1997年10月，采用经胃壁或食管壁纵形小口切开，直视下楔形部分切除狭窄环，治疗胸内及颈部食管胃吻合口狭窄，效果满意。报道如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料本组5例，男3例，女2例；年龄48～70岁 Postoperative esophageal anastomosis stenosis of esophageal cancer seriously affects the patient’s follow-up treatment and quality of life.
