目的分析重大刑事嫌疑犯在司法精神医学鉴定明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)的测试结果,探讨MMPI在司法精神医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法应用MMPI分别对48例重大刑事嫌疑犯和63例住院精神病人进行心理测评。结果重大刑事嫌疑犯的Pa、F、Pt、Sc、Hs、Pd、Hy、D、Ma量表分明显高于住院精神病人;鉴定结果存在精神症状的12例重大刑事嫌疑犯的MMPI测验量表中有10个量表分高于其余36例的得分,但不存在差异。结论犯罪嫌疑人有较明显的人格偏离,甚至超过住院精神病人,具体表现有:偏执、多疑、情绪不稳、易怒、烦恼、冲动、自控力差等;一部分犯罪嫌疑人伪装答题。
Objective To analyze the test results of major criminal suspects in Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (MMPI) in judicial psychiatry and to explore the value of MMPI in forensic psychiatry. Methods Using MMPI, 48 cases of major criminal suspects and 63 cases of in-patient mental patients were evaluated psychologically. Results The scales of Pa, F, Pt, Sc, Hs, Pd, Hy, D and Ma of major criminal suspects were significantly higher than those of in-patient patients. The mental symptom of 12 major criminal suspects in the MMPI test scale The scores of the 10 scales were higher than those of the remaining 36 cases, but no difference was found. Conclusion The suspects have a more obvious personality deviation, even more than inpatient mental patients, the specific manifestations are: paranoid, suspicious, emotional instability, irritability, anxiety, impulsivity, poor self-control; part of the suspects disguise the answer.
