在经济全球化的驱动下,化工业发展迅速,化工设备的自动化程度不断提升,化工业朝向走向多元化和个性化方向发展。化工装备的检修工作是影响化工业稳定发展的重要因素,实现对化工装备的检修管理,优化设备的效能已成为化工行业研究的重点。本文从化工设备的研究现状入手,系统的分析了大检修管理的影响因素和实质,为化工装置设备大检修的管理提供理论参考。
Driven by economic globalization, the rapid development of chemical industry, the automation of chemical equipment continues to improve, the chemical industry toward diversified and personalized direction. The overhaul of chemical equipment is an important factor affecting the stable development of chemical industry. To realize the overhaul management of chemical equipment and to optimize the performance of equipment has become the focus of the chemical industry. This article starts with the research status of chemical equipment, systematically analyzes the influential factors and essence of the overhaul management, and provides a theoretical reference for the management of overhaul of chemical plant equipment.
