利用双面金属包覆波导对古斯-汉欣(GH)位移具有极大的增强效应和GH位移对入射光波长极其灵敏这两特性,本文基于GH位移差分信号提出了一种稳定度高的波长锁定方法.在实验中,测量信号是反射光束位置的移动,不受激光光强涨落的影响,可有效避免因激光光强波动所带来的误差,波长锁定的稳定度能进一步提高.该方法能实现皮米量级的激光波长锁定,且其制作工艺简单.
