引言 山东某铅冶炼厂于1968年建厂投产,每年排放大量含铅的废水、废气污染环境。 本文对该冶炼厂周围居民各种血铅水平的SCE进行了分析,并探讨了吸烟对血铅与SCE的影响。为进一步研究铅对人类潜在的致癌、致突变作用提供细胞遗传学依据。
Introduction A lead smelter in Shandong was put into operation in 1968, emitting a large amount of leaded waste water and exhaust gas every year to pollute the environment. In this paper, we analyzed the blood lead levels of SCE around the smelter and explored the effects of smoking on blood lead and SCE. This study provides the cytogenetics basis for further study on the potential carcinogenic and mutagenic effects of lead on human beings.
